SIPAE is the Integrated Payroll System for State agents, established by project note No.
0281/MBCPPP-CAB of July 11, 2023 by the Minister in charge of the Budget, Public Accounts and Public Portfolio.The project was launched to meet the needs of the General Budget Directorate and the Pay Directorate in relation to the pay of state agents.
It allows you to manage the entire process of calculating the salary of each state agent, both civilians and military personnel, police officers and gendarmes.
